Rechtsanwalt Elmar Hörnig

Having studied law at Phillips-Universität in Marburg and the Humboldt-Universität Berlin Elmar Hörnig passed the first state examination in 1996. After working in London at the well-known "Pump Court" chambers Elmar Hörnig began his professional training at Berlin's Kammergericht (Court of Appeal), followed by training periods with Berlin attorneys and courts as well as at the Office of the City Attorney in San Francisco, USA, completing it with the second state examination in 1998.

Elmar Hörnig has been an independent attorney since 1998, working closely with several colleagues in the same law offices.

Elmar Hörnig is a member of the Rechtsanwaltskammer Berlin, the German and Berlin Lawyers Associations as well as of the iaf Berlin (Association of bi-national families and partnerships).
