EMPLOYMENT AND INDUSTRIAL LAW
Our chambers are heavily involved in the field
of the individual employment law. In addition
to providing both employees and employers with
general advice according to their specific interests,
we also supply employment and redundancy agreements
and represent employees' or employers' interests
in court or before tribunals.
The main focus of our activity here is on employment
protection. Employees have the right to seek protection
against dismissal from the Labour Court within
three weeks of having being made redundant.
